I bought this watch November 2007 and I feel like this is a Friday/Saturday night watch only. The band at first seems durable, but after wearing it once or twice in public, you will notice how easy it gets damaged. The band can be fixed but I'm unable to find someone that will fix it. It looks quite terrible and I'm not comfortable wearing it in public anymore.
If you're looking for a watch to wear to dinner, brunch, or church, this is your watch. If you're a rough kind of guy, buy the leather band that's a whole lot cheaper
